Watford keeper Foster happy with Prem record

Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster is very pleased with becoming a record breaker in the Premier League.

He now has the most saves in the division since 2006, when the records were first kept.

It is a remarkable accomplishment for the former Manchester United shot stopper.

Foster has been immense for Watford this term, as they battle for a top seven position.

He said to reporters: "I don't know whether that's a good thing or not to be honest, it shows I have been a busy goalie throughout my career and also I'm very old."

Foster also spoke about his pleasure at being back at Watford.

He added: "Some of the lads we've got here have made it so easy for me to settle in and it feels like I've been here for years already.

"I'm just at that age where nothing phases or bothers me and I just go out there and enjoy my football, it's almost like I'm out there on the training pitch.

"Honestly I feel everything just seems to come much more naturally.

"Maybe that's an age thing where you haven't got to worry about anything else. On a match day I absolutely love it."
