Watford defender Ben Wilmot believes he deserves an FA Cup chance against Newcastle.

The 19-year-old wants the Hornets to mount a cup run so players like himself and others who are not regularly appearing in the first team can get the game time they deserve.

He said: "I think me and the other lads deserve to get another game. I think it's a good enough team to beat Newcastle.

"It's nice to start getting chances and I've just got to start taking them when they get given to me.

"The more we can progress the more me and the other lads who aren't playing as much can get game time."
