Watford chief Filippo Giraldi can see Roberto Pereyra moving to Chelsea this summer.
Giraldi named the Blues as a potential destination for Pereyra when asked if the Argentine could potentially reunite with former coach Walter Mazzarri at Torino.
Speaking on Radio Kiss Kiss, the technical director said: "I do not like to comment on transfer market speculation.
"In football, nothing is impossible, but I think [a move to Torino] is a highly unlikely scenario because for us he is a very important player.
"I think he can go to a great team, and I say that with all due respect to Torino.
"I see him as a potential Chelsea player.
"He played at Juventus, but he lacked consistency. With us he has excellent statistics and I can see him playing in a great team.
"We will do everything we can to keep him, otherwise he will go to a big team."
