Watford, Bournemouth eyeing Stoke goalkeeper Jack Butland

Watford and Bournemouth are eyeing Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland.

The Daily Mail says Butland wants to quit Championship side Stoke to boost his international prospects.

Hornets boss Javi Gracia is eyeing a new 'keeper despite veterans Ben Foster and Heurelho Gomes performing well this season.

Butland, 26, is a decade younger than either and has nine England caps to his name - but Watford face competition from Cherries boss Eddie Howe who wants to replace Asmir Begovic and Artur Boruc.

The Potters will want around £25million for Butland who joined them from Birmingham City in 2013.
