Watford boss Javi Gracia fears for his job facing Newcastle United.
Gracia fears the sack if his side slump to a fourth straight Premier League defeat against Newcastle on Saturday.
The Spanish manager believes he is under intense scrutiny from the Hornets hierarchy following a dreadful run of results that dates back to the end of last season.
Speaking on Friday, Gracia said: "We are in a situation after three games without points.
"Maybe we have done many things well and only need to change something to get the points. I have to accept it's not enough and we need to improve. I know how important the next game is."
