Watford boss Gracia wants more from Penaranda after Cup stunner

Watford boss Javi Gracia has challenged Adalberto Penaranda to score more great goals after his stunner against Coventry City on Tuesday night.

The Venezuelan was given a rare extended run in the 3-0 victory over the Sky Blues in the Carabao Cup second-round.

Gracia was delighted with the striker's effort, but wants to see him do it more consistently.

"It was a great goal," he said of Penaranda's strike.

"We scored three good goals. It doesn't surprise me, I know Pena is able to do these things, but he needs to do it more often and constantly.

"Maybe he didn't have many chances to play before today because he did it well, I'm happy for him."
