Javi Gracia believes that his strategy of fining players when they arrive late for training is a success.
Gracia, who won the Premier League Manager of the Month award, implemented a policy of fining a player £100 for every minute they are late to training.
The idea is to improve the professionalism with the squad, ensuring that everyone is on time and ready to go when training begins.
"All the groups need discipline. I don't like to have many rules because in my opinion it is important the players are responsible," Gracia said to Sky Sports.
"It is better if you don't have many rules - they are professionals. They have to know what they have to do. I prefer that I don't take away money! But I think we need some rules and they respect it. It is a good way to achieve our objectives."
