Watford boss Javi Gracia says Stefano Okaka must be patient.

Okaka came on for the final throes of the Hornets' 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United on Saturday and missed a glorious chance to snatch a point late in the game.

“There are many things, there are players playing well at this moment. All of them deserve more time and more minutes," Gracia said after Saturday's game.

“It is not easy because in the games you can only play 11 in the beginning and three subs after that.

“It is not easy, but there are different options to play as a striker and Stefano is one of them. I am happy for him because he is now available after a long period out."
