West Ham defender Kurt Zouma has posted a video message to fans on social media this morning.

Zouma admits it's a sunny day in Prague ahead of tonight's Europa Conference League final against Fiorentina.

He said: "It's really a pleasure to be here in Prague.

"It will be a difficult match, but we want to win the trophy. To do that we need your help, we want to play and win all together!"
