Ajax star Dusan Tadic clashed with teammate Sergino Dest during victory over Heerenveen.

With the scores 0-0, former Southampton winger Tadic went head-to-head with Dest in the 41st minute over a stray pass.

Ajax eventually went onto win 3-1, with Tadic scoring twice.

"The fight that Tadic and Dest had, that is actually a good thing, but actually nothing at all," said Dutch great Marco van Basten.

"It indicates that there is a lot of passion. But this also indicates that the group is not doing well. There is no clear hierarchy. It is good that you are arguing, because something has to be done. That is something positive, but the fact that it happens that way also indicates: there is still a lot to change."
