Barcelona assistant coach Eder Sarabia was caught on camera criticising the players during their El Clasico defeat at Real Madrid.
Quique Setien's No2 is well known for his passionate style of management.
Sarabia's reactions on the bench throughout the match were caught by Movistar's cameras.
"He is doing nothing from what he has to do," he said, criticising one of Barcelona's players.
"Suddenly he starts playing and shooting when he has to play the ball."
Antoine Griezmann missed a huge chance to open the scoring before the break and Sarabia wasn't happy.
"Score Antoine, I s**t on my f****ng mother," he shouted
"[Hit the ball] softly, softly."
At various moments throughout the game Barcelona dropped back and lacked connection between their lines.
"We cannot have the defensive line so deep, because they stretch us and then Benzema comes, receives, and creates a lot of superiority," Sarabia advised Setien.
"We have to reduce space a lot."
