Liverpool have dismissed pundits' claims of Mohamed Salah not celebrating Roberto Firmino's goal in last night's Champions League win over PSG.

Salah saw a goal disallowed as he endured a difficult night for the Reds , and was replaced by Xherdan Shaqiri shortly after PSG’s late equaliser.

And after Firmino’s winner, television pictures showed the Egyptian throw a water bottle to the floor as Jurgen Klopp returned to the dugout following his own celebrations with social media quick to speculate and BT Sport even pointing out the incident.

However, extended footage shows the Egyptian celebrating when the goal went in. Watch below:
