Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane was left frustrated after their 1-1 draw at Elche.

Real Madrid went ahead through Luka Modric, but were pegged back via a Fidel Chaves penalty. It means Real Madrid end the year sitting in second place two points behind leaders with Atletico Madrid, which significantly boast two games in hand.

Zidane felt they could've put Elche away before halftime, but after Fidel's spotkick success the Real coach admits Elche made things very difficult for the visitors for the remainder of the game.
