PSG star Neymar has courted more controversy by appearing to lash out at a Rennes fan after their shock Coupe de France final defeat yesterday.

The Brazilian superstar, 27, was walking up the steps at the Stade de France last night to collect his runners-up medal.

And with the cameras all around, he suddenly lost his cool and lashed out at the supporter goading him.

After an exchange of angry words, the fan leaned forward to put his head close to Neymar's.

Then the world's most expensive player pushed out towards the fan, who jumped backwards. The star's 19-year-old team-mate Moussa Diaby was following him up the steps and tried to diffuse the situation.
