New Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou admits his approach will be football first.

The Australian takes charge of Celtic on an initial 12 month deal, admitting the club is undergoing a major change. Postecoglou says there'll now be opportunities for fresh blood both at the playing and staff level.

However, Postecoglou has also spelt out that he wants Celtic to play a certain way and warned fans time will be needed to go through the "steps" to reach where he intends them to go.
