Eric Cantona is planning to take over the British Virgin Islands national football team.

The Manchester United great was back in his Eurosport 'Commissioner of Football' series and spoke of his new dream.

While the England manager's role has been filled by Gareth Southgate, the French legend is eyeing the job with the BVI team so he can enjoy the fruits of the Caribbean tax haven.

He already has a few star names ready to play for him as well!

“The self-appointed Commissioner of Football will never be manager of England," says Cantona.

“But he's not one to give up on his dreams.

“So today, I, Eric Cantona, officially declare my candidacy for the job of manager of the British Virgin Islands.

“I can already count of three of the most famous tax residents to join the team: Ronaldo, Di Maria, Pastore….and it's just the start!"
