Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman is happy for Lionel Messi to miss their clash with Eibar on Tuesday night.

Barca have granted their captain extra time off as he spends his Christmas break at home in Rosario, Argentina. Messi has been carrying an ankle injury.

On facing Eibar, Koeman says there can be no underestimating their opponents given their style of play. However, he also sees opportunities where they can hurt their opposition on the night.
