Former Liverpool, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez is in talks about a return to Uruguay's Nacional.

Suárez began his career in Nacional's youth ranks and made his first-team debut aged 18 in 2005. Before joining Dutch side Groningen in 2006, the Uruguayan striker had scored 12 goals in 35 games with Nacional.
