Lewis Baker has won Vitesse Arnhem's Goal of the Year award for season 2015/16.

The 21-year-old Chelsea midfielder spent the season on loan with the Dutch club and impressed in his 34 appearances in which he scored five goals.

None of his strikes were better than the absolute cracker he fired home in the 2-2 draw with De Graafschap at the De Vijverberg in February.

Baker also recently won the Golden Boot at the Toulon Tournament after scoring four goals for the England U21 team as they triumphed in France.
