Azpilicueta admits he's a proud man after lifting the Champions League trophy following victory in Saturday's final against Manchester City.

The Spaniard also had a special word for teammate N'Golo Kante after a man-of-the-match performance on the night. Azpilicueta says Kante is the best player in the world in his position.
