Chelsea ace Eden Hazard sought out Kevin Trapp after their Europa League shootout triumph over Eintracht Frankfurt.

The Belgian superstar kept his cool to slot home the decisive spot-kick as the Blues defeated Frankfurt on penalties at Stamford Bridge to reach the final.

But as the home crowd and his team-mates' wild celebrations begun after securing a showdown with Arsenal, Hazard sought out Eintracht goalkeeper Trapp.
