Aston Villa No2 John Terry appreciated the welcome he had from Chelsea fans before defeat at Stamford Bridge last night.
The former Blues captain was given a hero's welcome on his reunion with a club he made 717 appearances for and won five Premier League titles with.
The Villa assistant coach posted on Instagram on Thursday morning to say thank you to Chelsea for the greeting he received, and singled out some of his old pals who are now his rivals.
He wrote: "Incredible to be back at the Bridge last night and see some familiar faces @franklampard @morriskid @petrcech @chelseafc.
"Very humbled and thankful for the reception I received. Love you all."
