Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin has posted an update of his rehabilitation from a serious knee injury.
The Spaniard has been out of action since January after injuring his ACL against Chelsea.
Bellerin is racing to be back fit for the start of the 2019/20 season.
Gunners fans should be buoyed by the enthusiasm he has shown during the recovery process.
