Victor Wanyama is determined to leave Southampton for Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

Reports suggest that the 24-year-old midfielder has rejected a five-year contract extension from the Saints as he sets his sights on a shift to Spurs.

Wanyama is in the final year of a four-year deal he signed in the summer of 2013 when he arrived on the south coast from Scottish giants Celtic.

The powerful Kenyan has been heavily linked with Tottenham in the past few transfer windows and is believed to be seriously seeking a reunion with Mauricio Pochettino.

It is understood that Spurs would have to splash £25million in order to land Wanyama.
