Walter Zenga has been named new manager of Serie BVenezia.

Former Wolves boss Zenga is back in management after replacing Stefano Vecchi as the head coach of Venezia.

The 58-year-old former Italy goalkeeper, who has also managed Sampdoria, left Crotone following their relegation from the top flight in May.

With ambitious Venezia struggling at the wrong end of the second-division table, Vecchi's dismissal was announced on Friday, and Zenga has been appointed ahead of games against Hellas Verona and Palermo.
