Walter Mazzarri was back at work with Torino on Thursday.

The Toro coach felt unwell after last Friday's training session and went to the Molinette hospital in Turin.

After the visit, the Torino medical staff insisted he undergo a series of checks and signed him off work.

Mazzarri has a history of heart issues going back to his time at Napoli.

“Torino Football Club are happy to announce that Coach Walter Mazzarri has completed all the tests and from today has regularly resumed his professional activity."
