Walsall will be due a healthy slice of any fee Watford raise from Troy Deeney's sale.
Sky Sports says the Hornets have already rejected a bid in the region of £20m from Premier League champions Leicester City for their captain, who scored 13 goals in his first season in the top flight.
Deeney's former club Walsall will take a fee for any sale after they sold him to Watford for £500,000 six years ago. The Saddlers will receive 20 per cent of any fee above that figure.
A bid upwards of £25m pounds would make Watford consider selling the striker.
