Christian Eriksen hailed the manner of Tottenham's rout of Bournemouth yesterday.

The Dane was among the goalscorers for the 5-0 win.

He said, "It's always nice to know that you will score at some point.

"With the players we have, someone will score at any point, even in the first 10 minutes not playing as well as we could and still scoring and leading - that gives you the confidence and the trust in your team that you can sit back, be professional, be focused and that you will win the game."

Spurs fullback - and fellow goalscorer - Kyle Walker-Peters added: "There's a buzz around the team at the moment, we're winning games and everyone is confident. When I step on the pitch I have that confidence as well."
