VSK chief Robin Blomme says the club is delighted having Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof train with them.
Lindelof has taken advantage of Sweden's relaxed approach to coronavirus to train with his former club.
“He has been the same relaxed, humble guy as always. We're very happy to see him back and I'm sure he enjoyed it," Blommé told the Manchester Evening News.
Lindelof often returns to Vasteras, on the shore of one of Sweden's many lakes, when time allows, and when he does so he usually pops his head in at VSK.
“He watched a game last season and he visited earlier several times, despite a tight schedule. We're always glad to see him back, even just for a short visit," said Blommé.
“We're very proud. In Sweden he's very associated with the club and a big symbol for both our club and our city.
“Sweden is one of the few European countries that hasn't applied hard restrictions as a quarantine for example, so we're allowed to train on quite regularly, but with some restrictions."
