Voro is unsure of his future with Valencia.
The coach will step down at the end of this season.
"We've not spoken in relation to my future. I've felt very at ease as a delegate, but I don't know if that could happen," he said after Valencia's 4-1 win against Osasuna.
"There is still time. I hope a situation doesn't arise whereby I have to be the interim manager again."
Valencia's director general, Mateu Alemany, is understood to have Voro in his plans but they have not yet been disclosed to Cesare Prandelli's successor.
"I've still not had time to talk about it. Delegate is what I've just been here. It's a role in which you are very close to the players, the management staff and the team in general," said Voro.
