Vizela have snapped up Manchester City midfielder Diego Rosa.
O Jogo says Rosa is going to Portugal on-loan for the season.
The 19 year-old, formerly of Gremio, has spent the past two years on-loan with Lommel.
Rosa played 29 games with Lommel over the past two seasons.
