Vitesse Arnhem owner Merab Jordania says their relationship with Chelsea will continue.
Jordania is good friends with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and the Blues will be in Arnhem later this month for a friendly.
"Abramovich is very interested in Vitesse," he revealed.
" I explained to him that I wanted to build the club from the ground up. Then he decided to support me with players. It's not so bad to use our friendship.
"If a player is not good enough for the Chelsea first team, he can come to us. Why not? It is also not against the rules of the KNVB and UEFA."
