Vitesse coach Fraser demands better from Chelsea defender Dabo: Too laid back

Vitesse Arnhem coach Henk Fraser is demanding better from Fankaty Dabo.

The young defender is on-loan at Vitesse this season from Chelsea and Fraser believes Dabo can be too laid back in games.

The coach was particularly unhappy with Dabo for defeat at home to Excelsior last week.

"No one can start ten minutes later than the rest," Fraser told De Gelderlander. "Sometimes I do not see them participating for a while. That cost me in the case of Dabo against Excelsior.

"In that phase after the break, Excelsior had three chances in a row. He was not up for it."

"I have shown my loyalty to the players this season," Fraser added. "Everyone has received plenty of credit. But I also have my limits. They have to perform with Vitesse. We have to get to the playoffs at the end of the season."
