Virgil van Dijk won't be tempted away from Liverpool this summer.

The Athletic says Van Dijk has no plans to leave Liverpool anytime soon with Juventus linked with a surprise summer bid.

Liverpool's dominance at the top of world football arguably began when Jurgen Klopp brought in Van Dijk for £75million little over two years ago.

He has no interest in seeking a move away from Liverpool in the near future.

And it is claimed Liverpool will enter negotiations with Van Dijk in the summer over fresh terms on his current contract.

The 28-year-old has three years left on his £125,000-a-week deal but he could expect a bumper pay rise on Merseyside.
