Villarreal winger Samu Chukwueze has played down rumours of interest from Real Madrid.

The Nigeria international is being linked with Real after a superb season.

But he told Panenka: "People will always talk. I only think of Villarreal. I don't read what they put on social media. It does not matter.

"What matters is the moment.

"What if it's a lie? What if it's not real? I do not know. For now, I think it's not true. The only thing that is real is Villarreal.

"Leaving Villarreal would be very difficult for me. But you never know what can happen in the future."
