Villarreal veteran Santi Cazorla has welcomed the decision to allow five substitutes for the LaLiga resumption.

The ruling has led to criticism from some, including Barcelona coach Quique Setien and Getafe's Jose Bordalas.

But Cazorla welcomes the change, stating: "I'm looking forward to getting back to norma.

"It will be a little strange and the five changes will be necessary for the teams to arrive in the best way every day...

"For players like me, the five changes arrive at a good time."
