Villarreal president Fernando Roig has revealed he has a Europa League winner's medal - thanks to Pau Torres.

Roig also admits he is prepared to sell the Spain defender this summer - but only if he wishes to leave.

He told AS: "The relationship with Pau is very special, his video of the field towards me was incredible. On the day of the celebration he gave me his champions medal, he gave it to me, it is something very special. It is a pride to be able to have that medal.

"I don't know what will happen, let's see what happens. He is happy and very happy with us, he knows what it can be like next year at the club. We are aware of what is around him, we know that he is a sought-after player, but right now I don't know what could happen.

"He is satisfied and happy here, so we are calm. If something happens and he should ever leave, we know it must be a good thing for everyone."
