Villarreal midfielder Dani Parejo says they'll be ready for Anderlecht in tonight's Europa Conference League clash.
Villarreal are in Belgium tonight for the first-leg of the round of 16 tie.
Parejo said, “We're coming in with a good feeling. We are coming into the game on the back of a home win against Getafe, with a comeback, and another away win after a long time against Almería, who are the third best home side in the league and where we did very well. We know that Europe is a different story and they are always special games. I hope we play well and get a positive result.
“Away goals don't count and we want to win the first leg. We know that there is a second leg and a lot can happen, but tomorrow the team must go out for a good result.
“They are a team that is not where they want to be in the league. They may have a lot of desire in Europe. We know they are a team that likes to combine. I think it will be a competitive and intense game and we'll see who can get hold of the ball.
“Europe makes us enjoy it. We've been enjoying it for two years… reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League and winning the Europa League. Now we have the Conference, a new competition, which excites us. Villarreal always want to win in Europe."
