Villarreal are eyeing Tottenham defender Juan Foyth.

AS says the Yellow Submarine have made the Argentine a priority target for the remaining weeks of the summer market.

Villarreal are keen to buy Foyth, 22, outright, but Spurs are reluctant to part with the defender. This despite the lack of action he has seen over the past year.

Spurs coughed up €12m to sign Foyth two years ago from Estudiantes.

Indeed, the Londoners beat Villarreal to his signature, with the LaLiga outfit having scouted Foyth closely as a teenager.
