Manchester United are set to soon complete the signing of Eric Bailly.

According to multiple reports, the Villarreal defender completed a medical with the Red Devils on Tuesday afternoon and is now expected to become Jose Mourinho's first signing at his new club.

The 22-year-old Ivory Coast international has been heavily linked with United for the past few weeks and now looks likely to become an Old Trafford player this week, with the two clubs agreeing a £30million fee.

It is understood that Bailly's deal will be finalised in the next few days before he is unveiled on Thursday.
