AZ Alkmaar accept they'll lose winger Jóhann Berg Gudmundsson at the end of the season.
Gudmundsson attracted a raft of enquiries from Premier League clubs during January, but AZ coach Dick Advocaat refused to consider losing him midseason.
Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Swansea City and Norwich City all made contact with AZ last month.
Advocaat is prepared to see Gudmundsson sold in the summer.
