Aston Villa are offering Grant Holt a path straight back to the Premier League according to reports.
Villa boss Paul Lambert is looking to land the Wigan Athletic striker on loan this month after the 32-year old fell out of favour at the DW Stadium.
Lambert has lost Libor Kozak for the rest of the season with a broken leg and is keen to sign former Norwich City ace Holt, who joined the Latics this past summer, for the remainder of the 2013/14 campaign.
