Liverpool are yet to move on new contract talks for James Milner.
Milner is yet to be offered a new deal by Reds chiefs, with former clubs Aston Villa and Leeds keen.
The 37-year-old signed a one-year extension at the end of last season but will see his current deal expire at the end of June.
However, it would seem that there is not yet an offer on the table.
The Athletic'sDavid Ornstein has Tweeted: "Liverpool yet to open contract talks with James Milner despite Jurgen Klopp wanting 37yo to stay.
"Signed 1y deal on reduced terms last June + plans to continue (ideally at #LFC) but unless club act will be free to move elsewhere in summer."
