Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is planning a £15 million offer for Tottenham pair Jermaine Jenas and David Bentley.
The Daily Star Sunday says O'Neill will attempt to offset the expected £30m sale of James Milner to Manchester City with a move for the two England internationals this summer.
Bentley, 25, has been a long-term target for O'Neill since his arrival at Villa Park and will cost around £10m.
And the Villa boss will offer Jenas, 27 - who is also a target for Premier League rivals Stoke - a move to the Midlands in a £5m deal that has been in the pipeline for 12 months.
