Villa defender Dunne: Liverpool frustrated by lack of spending

Aston Villa defender Richard Dunne believes tonight's opponents Liverpool are the most vulnerable of the established top four.

Despite having already beaten Rafa Benitez's side this season, along with Chelsea and Manchester United, Dunne insists Liverpool's problems both on and off the field will not make doing the double over them any easier.

He said: "I'm sure Liverpool will come back strong because they have a very good squad.

"But it's a difficult league this year. Ourselves, Man City and Tottenham are all trying to get involved in that top four and that makes it harder for them. It's well documented they haven't had a lot of money to spend and they probably haven't strengthened the squad as much as they would have wanted to.

"But, come the end of the season, we know they will always be there."
