Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert insists he's not desperate to find a new No2.
Since Roy Keane walked out on the eve of the trip to Burnley, Villa have lost just once in seven games and are starting to look capable of a push for a mid-table finish.
Lambert said: "It's not something that I really need at the minute.
"I don't think that I desperately need to get one in.
"I'm totally at ease.
"Scott (first-team coach) and Andy Marshall (goalkeeper coach) have been really good anyway."
