Former Inter and AC Milan striker Christian Vieri insists he has no plans to become a poker pro.

Vieri was reported to be joining the poker playing circuit, but says: "I was on holiday in America and I visited the casino for fun. I like poker, I enjoy playing, but I do not plan to become a professional player."

The experienced forward's agent is in talks with Brazilian club Botafogo about a comeback for next year.
