Veteran Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon has declared he has no plans for retirement.

The 42-year-old goalkeeper has been second choice behind Wojciech Szczesny this season at Juventus.

"I'm not stopping playing because I still feel good, but also out of respect for the dreams I had when I was a kit," Buffon told Juventus' official website.

"At that moment, I'd never have imagined how far I've got."

On his self-isolation due to the coronavirus outbreak.

He added: "I don't feel bad being at home [all the time], I had to adapt after the first two or three days.

"I feel fine now. I'm enjoying cooking. I know when to do it when needed.

"My special recipe is pasta with tomato sauce and tuna. I've been perfecting it for 25 years."
