Southampton defender Jannik Vestergaard says they're better organised under manager Ralph Hasenhuttl.

Vestergaard has played a pivotal role in helping edge the St Mary's outfit away from the relegation zone.

He said, “We are a lot more organised and everyone knows what to do.

“That gives you confidence when you do better and when you suddenly win games and you make it tough for even very good opponents - top-six teams.

“I think just by that he has given us some confidence. We've come a long way also mentally. I don't think we are as vulnerable as we may have been earlier on in the season.

“I think it was a great first half from us [against Wolves] and we showed we are capable of scoring even in those kinds of phases and in the second half I think we defended very well.

“We were very concentrated. The small mistakes that we had in the first half we didn't commit in the second and I don't think we really gave anything away, from open play at least. We showed some danger from our set-pieces as well which is a step forward so, all in all, a good game but still room for improvement."
