Swansea City coach Colin Pascoe was pleased with their 3-0 friendly win over Llanelli.
First-half goals from Vangelis Moras and Mark Gower set the Swans on their way, with substitute Craig Beattie sealing a comfortable win midway through the second half.
The Premier League side took a strong squad to the game that was arranged to switch on the new floodlights at Stebo.
"It was a good game for us," Pascoe told Swans Player. "Everyone got a run out and overall it was a good workout for us.
"You always want the lads to have the right application and I thought they were spot on.
"Our attitude was good, we did the basics right and the goals that we created were fantastic and they put them away well."
